What you do here has real-world impact—every day.Shift: 2nd, Monday-Friday 3:00PM-11:30PMShift Differential: Employees on 2nd Shift are eligible for a shift differential of $1-$3 per hour, based on the assigned workdays.Sign On Bonus: $ What You'll Be DoingBlend surfaces and add or remove material using hand tools or machinesSet up and run various machines, fixtures, and toolsModify parts to meet production specificationsMix production materials according to process requirementsFollow all production specs—no shortcutsUse handheld measuring tools to verify workKeep safety and housekeeping standards where they should beFollow Quality Control Manual (QCM) requirementsWork within ISO / Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality standardsComply with company Reliability & Safety Management (RSM) requirementsFollow all health, safety, and environmental rulesWork with integrity and follow the Corporate Code of Ethical StandardsLook for ways to improve how work gets done (lean / continuous improvement mindset)Show up reliably and be ready to workHelp out with other tasks around the facility as neededWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED preferredMetalworking or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not requiredAble to read, write, and speak EnglishAble to follow written and verbal instructionsComfortable using basic measuring toolsAble to work independently or as part of a teamSafety?minded, dependable, and detail?orientedThis position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
