The Process Engineer will be responsible for supporting new product development and transitioning products into manufacturing, optimizing process performance, improving yield and efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working with Advanced Materials.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Chemical Manufacturing.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Customer Communication.
- Experience in process engineering, process optimization, yield improvement, and manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Experience in process documentation, equipment performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong technical communication, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
