This is a hybrid plant-operations role that combines hands-on chemical and production work with computer-based process monitoring and data analysis. Operators will monitor plant production data and process-control systems to identify trends, minor variances, and anomalies before they lead to equipment failure, production downtime, waste, or quality concerns. This role also requires field-based equipment inspections, material handling, quality support, housekeeping, and cross-functional assistance as needed. Schedule This facility operates continuously, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.
