Chemical OperatorLocation: Irwin PA Pay: $18-$22 Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PMAbout the Position: We are seeking an experienced Chemical Operator to support operations in a manufacturing/machine shop environment in Irwin, PA. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Load raw materials into production equipment and unload, package, and prepare finished products for shipment. Perform general production activities, including machine loading/unloading and material handling. Follow production schedules to meet quality, productivity, and delivery requirements. Perform Abrasive Flow Machining (AFM) flow quality testing for base materials and finished media. Understand key process variables and their impact on product quality and production yield. Work with appropriate personnel to troubleshoot and resolve production or media performance issues. Work with appropriate personnel to identify and resolve media performance issues in a timely manner.Requirements of the Chemical Operator:Previous administrative experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment requiredKnowledge of metals or industrial materials is a plusStrong computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeExcellent organization, communication, and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
