Chemical Operator, Cell Cathode Engineering

Cathode Manufacturing PilotTesla's in-house Cathode Manufacturing Pilot is located in Fremont, California. This investment is critical to our mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy and represents our efforts to increase the supply of cathode in North America. This role will be a hands-on pilot scale chemical processing role scheduled to work a Sunday-Wednesday 10-hour shift schedule.

Chemical Operators are responsible for safely running process systems and associated equipment during their shift, adapt to frequent changes to equipment and procedures, and have a focus on quality sampling and reliable data acquisition. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, be safety conscious, display attention to detail, be adaptable, work with minimal direction, have good communication skills and be able to work in a team-based environment. The successful candidate will safely and efficiently operate equipment necessary as a Chemical Operator.
