Chemical Mixer - Compounder & Blender

Location: Macedonia, OH

Schedule: First Shift - Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $19 – $24/hour (based on experience)

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Compounder & Blender to join our team in Macedonia, OH. This first shift position plays a key role in our production process, blending raw materials and ensuring accurate mixtures according to batch specifications. The ideal candidate will also have basic maintenance capabilities and Tow Motor (forklift) experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Blend and compound raw materials per specified formulas and batch instructions
• Operate and maintain mixing and blending equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure proper documentation and labeling of all materials and finished batches
• Perform quality checks to ensure consistency and product standards are met
• Assist with routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
• Operate Tow Motor (forklift) for moving materials and finished goods
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Mechanical aptitude with basic maintenance capabilities
• Tow Motor / Forklift experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Must wear steel toe boots (required)
• Safety glasses provided
• Uniforms provided after demonstration of good performance and reliability
