ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Learn and operate mixing equipment following established production procedures.
- Measure, weigh, and blend raw materials according to formulas and work instructions.
- Monitor mixing processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing guidelines.
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals and schedules.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to follow written instructions, formulas, and safety procedures.
- Basic math skills for measuring, weighing, and calculating quantities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.
