Batch Maker/Plant Foreman OpportunityA chemical manufacturing company is looking for a Batch Maker who has the ability to become the Plant Foreman. This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in chemical blending and handling, a passion for operational excellence, and a commitment to safety and quality. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.

to 4:30 p.m.Job Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of chemical blending, handling, and production processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are metLead, train, and motivate plant staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvementManage inventory, coordinate raw material deliveries, and ensure accurate record-keeping of production dataOperate and supervise the use of tow motors and other plant equipmentEnforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirementsTroubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutionsMonitor plant performance metrics and drive initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce wasteMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentCollaborate with senior management on production planning and process enhancementsEnsure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation and reports
