We are looking for a chef to help us come up with a new identity for B&B. We need someone with leadership and communication skills. Those skills are a MUST. You will not be expected to handle the COG and labor costs alone, but in conjunction with management. The position is more focused on creating delicious food, consistently, and less on administrative responsibilities. We are leaning towards a ~10 item menu focused on fun/interesting bar fare. Should be equal parts creative/recognizable/affordable. Looking forward to working together to bring new life to the menu!
