Carlota / Barbelly is seeking a talented and inspiring Head Chef to lead the culinary program of our Spanish tapas and our cocktail bar. This individual will be responsible for shaping the restaurant’s culinary identity while building a disciplined, creative, and collaborative kitchen culture.
The Head Chef must combine strong culinary ability with effective leadership, financial awareness, and operational organization. The ideal candidate has a genuine understanding of Spanish cuisine and can translate traditional flavors and techniques into an exciting, approachable menu designed for sharing and pairing with wine and cocktails.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring fluency in both Spanish and English.
