Chef de Cuisine

Fleurette , one of San Diego’s most celebrated new restaurants, is seeking a passionate and highly skilled Chef de Cuisine to work directly alongside Chef Travis Swikard.

We are looking for a chef deeply grounded in classical French technique who approaches cooking with discipline, passion, and reverence for craft. This is an opportunity for a leader who thrives in a precision-driven, fine-dining environment and is committed to executing at the highest level, every single service.

• Significant experience in elevated, French-inspired cuisine

• Michelin-starred experience strongly preferred

• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency

• A calm, standards-driven leadership style

• A genuine love of teaching, mentoring, and building strong kitchen culture

• Operational strength and administrative experience

• Deep respect for craft, ingredients, and hospitality
