Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Cheese Production Operator to support safe, efficient cheese manufacturing in our Milbank, SD facility. In this role, you will operate and monitor production and packaging equipment, follow recipes and schedules, and ensure products meet strict quality and food safety standards. You will complete production records, assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and changeovers, and promptly report issues. Working in a collaborative, safety-focused team, you’ll gain hands-on experience, training, and opportunities to advance within our growing dairy manufacturing operation.
