Cheese Operations Machine Operator (Full-Time with Benefits)

Cheese Operations Production LeaderThis role will be responsible for safely operating and troubleshooting production equipment within our Cheese Operations while serving as the working leader for the assigned production line. Food Quality, Food Safety, and Employee Safety are essential to ensuring customer expectations and production goals are met. You'll also be responsible for:Operating, monitoring, adjusting, changing over, cleaning, and troubleshooting a variety of cheese processing and packaging equipment while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standardsLeading day-to-day line activities by providing task direction, supporting employee training, coordinating workflow, and assisting with production executionCompleting required quality checks, production documentation, inventory transactions, and Lot Track & Trace requirements to ensure product complianceSupporting food safety, GMPs, Continuous Improvement initiatives, housekeeping standards, and compliance with all company safety programs and operating procedures
