Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Cheese Plant Operator to support our Manufacturing & Production team in a modern dairy facility. In this hands-on role, you will operate and monitor cheese-making and packaging equipment, perform setups and changeovers, and ensure consistent product quality and food safety.
Responsibilities include sanitation/CIP, basic troubleshooting, accurate recordkeeping, and safe material handling. You’ll work in a collaborative, safety-focused, family-oriented culture with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within our expanding dairy operations.
