Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Cheese Plant Operator to support safe, efficient production of American-style cheeses and dairy ingredients in our Milbank, SD facility. In this hands-on role, you will operate and monitor cheese vats, separators, and packaging equipment; perform quality checks; record production data; and follow strict food safety, GMP, and sanitation procedures.
