Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Cheese Plant Operator to support Manufacturing & Production in our Milbank, SD facility. In this role, you will operate and monitor cheese vats, presses, and related equipment to safely produce high‑quality American‑style cheeses and dairy ingredients. You’ll follow SOPs, GMPs, and food safety standards, perform routine checks, document production data, and assist with CIP and sanitation.
