Chart Compliance Manager SSVFSupportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) is a Housing First VA grant program that rapidly re-houses homeless veterans and their families and helps prevent homelessness among very low-income veteran families at imminent risk of losing permanent housing. The SSVF Chart Compliance Manager is responsible for maintaining chart integrity, ensuring compliance with VA contract requirements, and overseeing accurate data entry for all client records. All chart compliance activities and program policies must be carried out in accordance with established priorities, timelines, funding requirements, and other program specifications.Position Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Duties):Responsible for overall charts compliance as per the CFCS SSVF Policies and Procedures/ Veteran Affairs contractEnsure all information in the client charts is accurately entered into the AWARDS/HMIS database.Responsible for completing audits of chart files and recordsMaintain accurate case files as per Federal contract and COA standardsResponsible for ensuring all forms are accurately completed as per the CFCS SSVF Policies and ProceduresResponsible to ensure all necessary documentation is uploaded in the client chart file as per the CFCS SSVF Policies and ProceduresResponsible to ensure client charts are maintained in compliance from time of enrollment to dischargeFollow all NJHMIS and VA Data Policies and ProceduresFollow all CFCS SSVF Policies and ProceduresFollow all Catholic Charities/ Catholic Family & Community Services Policies and ProceduresEnsure chart compliance and program policies be carried out in accordance with established priorities, timelines, funding requirements, and other program specifications.Demonstrate through documentation compliance efforts and activitiesWork collaboratively with SSVF staff to ensure chart compliance and communicate all findingsAttend all trainings, meetings as assignedEnsure compliance with Veteran Affairs regulations as outlined in SSVF Program GuidelinesCompile tracking records of all chart auditsProvide chart compliance training as neededParticipate in Continuums of Care as assignedDemonstrate an understanding of CFCS SSVF Policies and Procedures and SSVF Program GuidelinesParticipate in team meetings and monthly supervisions.Manage time and work independently with accuracy and complete adherence to policy and procedures.Responsible for other duties that may be assigned from time to time to support the effective and efficient operation of Catholic Charites.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree is requiredMust be a good listener.Strong organizational skills.Attention to detail and ability to complete work in an efficient, timely manner, and meet all deadlines.Must possess a valid driver's license, with a good driving record.Must have good communication skills (writing and speaking)Ability to work independently and work as a part of a teamDetail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in compliance-related tasks.Ability to work in a culturally diverse environmentAbility to demonstrate flexibility and adaptabilityClose attention to detail and a high level of confidentialityAdaptability and willingness to learnGreat Benefits: For full time positions, (30+ per week) we offer:We provide PAID trainingMedical/vision and dentalLife insurance (agency-paid), supplemental life insurance (employee-paid)403B (with company-matching)Generous paid time offEmployee discount programs (i.e.
