SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE

10,000 Sign On Bonus for full-time RNs

with at least 1 year of experience

NO CONTRACT

Unit Details:

Bed Numbers: 26

Nurse to Patient Ratio: 6:1

Patient Population:

This unit offers a strong mix of orthopedic and surgical nursing, giving team members the opportunity to build expertise in post-operative care, rehabilitation, and patient education. Nurses play a key role in helping patients regain mobility, function, and independence following injury or surgery.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)

  • Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state or compact state required

  • Certifications:

    • BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire

    • Additional certifications may be required based on unit, including: ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC, OCN, CPHON, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs

  • Prolonged standing and walking

  • Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
