Houston Methodist seeks a Charge RN II for our Med/Surg/Transplant unit. This role provides clinical leadership for shift operations, ensuring safe staffing, patient flow, and high-quality, evidence-based care. The Charge RN coordinates admissions, discharges, and bed placement while supporting nurses through mentoring, coaching, and real-time problem-solving.
You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, promote safety and infection prevention, respond to changes in patient condition, and advance unit-based quality initiatives within our mission-driven, patient-centered culture.
