Charge Registered Nurse – Main Operating Room

Santa Rosa, CA | Full-Time | Permanent 8-Hour Day Shift

We’re looking for an experienced Charge RN to join a busy Main Operating Room team. This role is ideal for a perioperative nurse who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and delivering excellent patient care.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily Main OR operations

Support and mentor nursing staff

Coordinate patient care and surgical workflow

Work closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and other clinical teams

Promote patient safety and quality care

Support staff development and quality improvement

What You’ll Need

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Active California RN License

BLS – AHA

At least 1 year of RN experience with leadership

2+ years of recent Peri-Anesthesia RN experience

Acute care hospital experience

OR/Perioperative nursing experience

RN leadership experience

NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days of hire

Plus, If You Have
