TGH Rehabilitation Hospital, an inpatient rehab facility affiliated with Tampa General Hospital, is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation care. In this on-site role, you will coordinate nursing staff and patient flow, provide hands-on care for individuals recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, neurological and medically complex conditions, and ensure safe, evidence-based practice. Working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment, you will guide care planning, support and mentor team members, champion patient and family education, and contribute to continuous quality improvement in a modern, mission-driven setting.
