UCHealth is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead nursing care on our Healthcare & Medical Services unit. In this role, you will coordinate patient care, supervise staff nurses, manage assignments, and support clinical decision-making to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. You’ll collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, mentor and precept nurses, and help drive process improvements.
