Touchstone Communities is seeking a Charge Nurse (LVN or RN) to lead clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee nursing services on your unit, supervise and mentor nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care for residents. You’ll perform assessments, administer medications, update care plans, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families.
