Touchstone Communities is seeking a Charge Nurse (LVN or RN) to lead nursing care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this on-site role, you will coordinate resident care, supervise nursing staff, and ensure accurate assessments, medication administration, and documentation. You will collaborate with therapy, physicians, and families to support recovery and long-term care goals.
