Touchstone Communities is seeking a compassionate Charge Nurse (RN or LVN) to lead and coordinate nursing care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this on-site role, you will supervise nursing staff, ensure safe, person-centered clinical care, and support residents and families in a homelike, faith-based environment.
Responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring resident conditions, care planning, documentation, and promoting teamwork and integrity.
