Charge Nurse - RN
Nights 7p-7a, Holiday Coverage Required
Local Travelers Accepted - Will Receive a $10/hr Lower Local Rate
Active State of Maine or Compact RN license
BLS certification required
A minimum of 3 years nursing experience
Associates Degree in Nursing
Coordinate and direct total nursing care for an assigned group of residents/patients
Assume full responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident/patient care
Provide backup administrative support in the absence of the Director
Participate in patient/resident and family teaching
Work collaboratively with nursing and ancillary team members
Maintain resident/patient privacy and confidentiality
