Missions
The mobility aid manager within the Reception Pole of the International Affairs Directorate will be responsible for distributing international mobility aids.
They will need to establish grant requests, summaries, and reports intended for funding providers.
The assigned activities are:
- Ensure the distribution of mobility aids (1,000,000 €)
- Organize the call for applications, selection, and follow-up of dossiers
- Organize the awarding committees
- Ensure the interface with the FSDIE committees
- Ensure the rigorous follow-up of credits, execution rates
- Manage allocations and scholarship payments on the MoveOn software
- Establish the decrees and provide the necessary documents for payment processing
- Follow rigorously the expenses on GFC
- Ensure the respect of payment deadlines and alert in case of dysfunction
- Elaborate grant requests, summaries, and reports intended for funding providers
- Respond to quantitative and qualitative surveys
- Promote events set up by donors
Profile Sought
Knowledge:
Organization and functioning of higher education institutions
Ability to exchange and work with the different services of the university and more particularly the DSF

Having a sense of organization and method as well as an initiative spirit
Using software specific to the activity (MoveOn, advanced level in Excel, TCD)

Weekly work cycles to choose from:
