Chargé De Développement Territorial
Based in Orléans and reporting to the regional coordination manager, the Territorial Development Officer is responsible for:
• Promoting and marketing the Banque des Territoires' offer in its area of intervention
• Implementing the regional commercial policy defined by the regional director
• Being responsible for achieving its objectives, defined according to the regional director's letter of objectives
• Leading and/or participating in the development of projects to meet client needs and ensure their success
Main Activities
The holder of the position will develop the Banque des Territoires' activities in the health and medico-social sector at the regional level, as well as in the local public sector for regional actors. This activity will require presenting and implementing the Banque des Territoires' offers, including territorial engineering and program mobilization. In this context, he/she will need to:
• Understand the major strategic development challenges of the territory and its area of intervention
• Conduct commercial surveillance, identify opportunities for various projects, and develop a pool of business
• Prospect for new clients
• Develop and strengthen commercial relationships with clients
• Implement the commercial policy action plan and monitor it
• Advise, support, and accompany clients in the structuring and development of their projects
• Assess the situation of a client or dossier by appropriating financial retrospective analyses carried out by the risk direction and relying on legal and business advice
• Prepare, instruct, and pilot dossiers or projects for various engagement committees and mobilize the necessary internal or external expertise to achieve its objectives
• Ensure the smooth processing of dossiers through permanent information sharing between all stakeholders (clients, development support pole, etc.)
• Conduct regular activity reporting
• In support of the regional coordination manager, contribute to the animation of the network of partners and/or clients and/or correspondents through collective client/partner meetings or targeted events
• Internally ensure the dissemination of information and the sharing of expertise on the theme in question
Additional Activities
The holder of the position may also be required to:
• Process loan applications and co-instruct investment projects in the health and elderly care sectors
• Advise and support clients on territorial engineering or programs
• Accompany, manage, and follow, if necessary, projects awarded by national France 2030 programs
Profile Sought
Knowledge
Very good knowledge of the Banque des Territoires' global offer (investor, lender, territorial engineering), the missions exercised in the regional directorate, and local public policies.
