Supporting property box offices and show partners, the full-time Channel Ticketing Specialist will accurately maintain Archtics/Ticketmaster event programming, manage ticket inventory, and ensure system functionality from a home office setting. Key responsibilities Maintain and monitor ticket blocks, pricing, and inventory across all ticket outlets Conduct event programming, including building events, managing ticket types, and creating internet links Advise management on potential revenue opportunities and assist in developing managerial reports for ticketing analysis Required qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience with Archtics or equivalent training 2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry Associate's Degree preferred 6+ months of experience with any ticketing system preferred Experience in entertainment and/or ticket office preferred
