Channel Sales Manager

🚀 Founding Channel Manager / Director | Data Security | Up to $350K OTE + Equity

I’m partnered with a high-growth Data Security start-up entering an exciting phase of international expansion.

They’re looking for a Founding Channel Manager / Director to build and own their channel strategy, developing strategic partnerships across the IT services, cybersecurity and technology ecosystem .

This is a true build-from-zero opportunity with the chance to define how the company goes to market through partners as it scales internationally.

Role Overview

• Build the channel and partner function from the ground up
• Develop relationships with strategic IT services, cybersecurity, consulting and technology partners
• Identify, recruit and activate partners capable of driving significant pipeline
• Create joint GTM strategies, co-selling motions and partner-led opportunities
• Work closely with Sales and senior leadership to accelerate international expansion
• Establish the processes and strategy that will underpin a global partner ecosystem
• Opportunity to become a key early leader within a rapidly scaling security company

What they’re looking for

• Strong background in Channel, Alliances or Strategic Partnerships
• Experience within cybersecurity, data security, cloud or enterprise infrastructure
• Established relationships across IT services, security partners, consultancies and/or strategic technology partners
• Proven experience generating partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
• Comfortable operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment
• Entrepreneurial mentality with the ability to build rather than inherit
• Experience supporting international or multi-region GTM expansion would be highly valuable
