Channel Development Manager

To support the expansion of the partner ecosystem in the DACH region, the full-time remote Channel Development Manager will manage strategic partner relationships, drive revenue growth, and develop enablement programs for resellers and systems integrators. Key Responsibilities Identify and expand critical relationships with named partners to enhance Five9's solution capabilities in DACH Recruit new regional partners and develop plans to position Five9 as the preferred contact center solution Develop and deliver partner training and enablement programs while aligning with Sales to manage forecasts and pipelines Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software sales, partner development, or business development in a cloud-based environment Proven ability to establish and grow business relationships with a focus on sales and partner processes Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience Fluency in German and English Strong operational and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret trends and derive insights from KPIs
