• Lead change order budget creation with project teams and analysts.
• Track change order requests and develop metrics.

• Review budget assumption changes and identify gaps.
• Prepare and customize change order documents and financial summaries.
• Lead alignment calls and incorporate vendor changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in proposal/change order preparation.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
