Robert Half is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support large-scale legal transformation initiatives within a global, highly regulated organization.

In this role, you'll partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Operations teams to drive the successful adoption of new legal processes, technologies, AI solutions, and operating models across a global legal function.

Responsibilities

Lead change management initiatives for legal transformation programs

Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness planning

Develop communication, training, and adoption strategies

Drive engagement across legal, compliance, risk, and business teams

Support implementation of legal technology, AI, and process improvements

Monitor adoption metrics, training completion, and business readiness

Manage risks, governance activities, and executive reporting

Qualifications

5+ years of change management, legal operations, transformation, or project management experience

Experience within legal, compliance, risk, financial services, or other regulated environments

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience driving cross-functional change in complex organizations

Knowledge of legal technology, legal operations, or AI-enabled transformation initiatives preferred

Prosci, PMP, Change xhqgsiq Management, or related certifications are a plus
