To support an enterprise cross-functional PMO team, the remote Change Manager, Prosci Certified will develop and integrate change management best practices for various program initiatives, requiring travel to Houston, TX once a month. Key responsibilities Establish change management best practices and frameworks, utilizing the PROSCI ADKAR model Design and develop change management tools and techniques across multiple departments Provide guidance on change management best practices and develop effective communication content for stakeholders Required qualifications Minimum 7-8 years of change management experience in complex enterprise organizations Prosci certification is required Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field Prior consulting experience and/or experience in a developing PMO environment is preferred Industry experience in energy, oil, and/or gas is advantageous
