Owning the change management strategy for a major finance transformation initiative, the full-time Change Manager for Finance Transformation will lead stakeholder assessments, develop communication plans, and drive adoption of new processes and systems in a remote-first environment. Key responsibilities Own the organizational change management strategy and align it with program milestones Lead stakeholder and change impact assessments, translating design decisions into actionable changes for impacted teams Build and manage a change network to surface resistance and drive readiness across various departments Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred 7+ years of change management and/or communications experience on strategic transformations Hands-on experience leading change for an ERP or finance transformation, preferably with Oracle Cloud or Salesforce Proven ability to design and execute change strategies in complex organizations Prosci, ACMP (CCMP), or equivalent change management certification preferred
