Consultants must be willing to support evolving client requirements, including onsite collaboration or return-to-office expectations when applicable. AG Consulting Partners will provide as much advance notice as possible regarding any changes to work location requirements.As a Change Manager Consultant for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:Design and execute organizational change strategies to support business transformation, focusing on readiness planning, stakeholder alignment, and adoption enablement.Lead organizational design assessments to identify gaps, impacts, and alignment needs, providing recommendations backed by data and industry frameworks.Develop and deliver change impact assessments, communication strategies, and training enablement plans to ensure seamless transitions.Partner cross-functionally with program managers, executives, and business leaders to drive consistent messaging and adoption across global teams.Leverage metrics and analytics to track readiness, adoption, and change success, iterating plans based on quantitative insights.Facilitate workshops and leadership forums to align organizational priorities, resolve resistance, and establish change champions.Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, using consulting experience to influence executive decision-making and program outcomes.This job is for you if:You like helping people and don't need to take credit for success.
