- Candidate will have strong experience developing and managing comprehensive test plans while partnering closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
- This role requires the ability to lead change management activities, including stakeholder communications, training coordination, and organizational readiness planning.
- The candidate will also be responsible for creating and executing release and deployment plans that minimize business disruption and support seamless adoption.
