Job Summary:BDO is seeking a senior manager level professional to do change management/training support for Intelligence Community (IC) Agencies. This role involves guiding organizations through complex system and process transformations. This person must be skilled in stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and training strategy design that reduce user resistance. Proven track record of increasing project adoption rates through structured change frameworks.
They will also be responsible for answering urgent taskers requesting group specific information.Job Duties:Creates/contributes to structured training programsWrites clear user guides, manuals, and e-learning contentDevelops plans to accelerate employee adoption of new processesDrafts communications to brief stakeholders on project changes Facilitates workshops, webinars, and instructional sessions for diverse audiencesEvaluates how changes affect daily operations, map key stakeholders, and measure organizational readinessDesigns and delivers transparent communication materials to keep staff informed Partners with training teams to build guides, workshops, and programs that prepare employees for new skills or toolsInterprets management requests and autonomously develop relevant financial reportsDelivers a full range of services that uses their educational background, experience, and organizational skills while serving BDO’s dynamic public sector client baseSupports or leads task areas while coordinating closely with engagement team management and client leadership on strategy, planning, execution, status, and review processesAdapts to a changing client environment while meeting client expectationsManages priorities and works effectively to initiate correspondence and task completion. Supports multiple efforts through flexible multi-task coordinationProvides summary recommendations to team leadership regarding assigned work streamApplies fundamental industry knowledge and standards to support client reviews, improvements, and/or implementationsCommunicates and maintains relationships with key client personnel to ensure shared understanding of business processes, operations, and functionsPrepares presentations, briefings, and actively participates in client meetings and day-to-day interactionsCommunicates with team management through effective status reporting and demonstrates ownership and accountability for assigned task areas and work productsEstablishes professional rapport with clients and other organizationsEvaluates work products for technical accuracy, deliverable quality, and overall value to the clientAttends relevant training, business seminars, and/or conferences to stay current with technical skills that align with client’s needs and changes in the industryResearches industry and market trends and develops presentations and materials in support of potential firm initiativesOther duties as requiredSupervisory Responsibilities:May supervise the day-to-day workload of Public Sector direct reports related to client projects, business development, and other activities, including maintaining team productivity and review of work productsEvaluates the performance of any Public Sector direct reports and assists in the development of goals and objectives to enhance professional developmentDelivers periodic performance feedback and completes the annual performance evaluation for Public Sector staff as appropriateServes as a mentor / career advisor to Public Sector staff as appropriateQualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:EducationBachelor’s Degree, required; focus in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or Organizational Behavior, preferredExperienceEight (8) years of experience in organizational change management (OCM), business transformation, or project delivery, requiredExperience with working capital funds or other federal working capital funds, preferredExperience with business process improvement methodologies, preferredProgressive experience in managing or leading firm initiatives, client project activities, and/or staff, preferredExperience working with and briefing senior program managers or leaders, preferred Public speaking and/or training experience, preferredStrong business acumen, preferredExceptional writing skills.
