Description

The Change Management Lead supports departments undergoing organizational, process, or technology-driven change by developing and implementing change management plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement approaches. The successful candidate will help ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational structures while minimizing disruption and increasing stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans for departments undergoing organizational or process transformation.
• Conduct change readiness assessments and stakeholder impact analyses.
• Design and implement communication and training strategies that support adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational structures.
• Support configuration and change management policy development aligned with governance requirements.
• Collaborate with workforce development and training teams to deliver integrated change and training initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• ITIL v3
• Expertise in organizational change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication planning and execution capabilities.
• Experience conducting readiness assessments and stakeholder impact analyses.
• Ability to develop adoption strategies for organizations experiencing process, operational, or technology change.
• Knowledge of governance, configuration management, and change management policy development.
• Experience working across business, technical, and leadership stakeholder groups.

Background Investigation

This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
