Marvin seeks a Manager, Change Management to lead enterprise change initiatives across our manufacturing and corporate teams. In this role you will design and execute change strategies for process, system, and organizational transformations, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
You’ll partner closely with plant leadership, engineering, HR, and project teams to assess impacts, build communication and training plans, and coach leaders through change.
