AI Learning Program ContractorPayrate: $70.00- $74.00/hr. We're looking for a hands-on contractor to support the day-to-day operations of our AI learning and adoption programs from administering our AI learning platform to coordinating events and helping grow our AI Champions network. This is a great fit for someone who thrives on operational rigor, enjoys learning program logistics, and wants to be part of a fast-moving, high-visibility AI transformation effort.Responsibilities:LMS Administration: Manage and maintain our AI learning platform, including content uploads, course assignments, badge tracking, and troubleshooting access issues.Content Coordination: Organize, update, and help produce learning content related to AI tools, responsible use, and AI Guiding Principles.Learning Events: Coordinate logistics for AI learning events and sessions scheduling, communications, registration tracking, and post-event follow-up.AI Champions Network: Support the day-to-day management of our AI Champions program, including onboarding new champions, coordinating communications, and tracking engagement across business units.Adoption Reporting: Help track and report on learning progress, badge completion, and tool adoption metrics across the organization to support leadership updates.Cross-functional Support: Partner with the Office of AI team on internal communications and rollout logistics tied to AI proficiency and adoption initiatives.Requirements:Experience administering an LMS or similar learning platformStrong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders at onceExperience coordinating events, programs, or communities (a champions/ambassador network background is a plus)Clear, professional written communication skillsComfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shiftGenuine interest in AI tools and how organizations build adoption and fluency at scaleBonus: experience with reporting/dashboards (Excel, SharePoint, or similar)Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S.
is: $70.00 - $74.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
