Change Management ConsultantPosition: Change Management ConsultantLocation: Sacramento, CADuration: 36 MonthsMinimum Skills:As a Project Lead for this engagement and this individual must have successfully delivered at least one (1) project of a similar scope and complexityMust have at least seven (7) years of experience in the area of IT operating model design/implementation, including IT organizational design.Must have at least five (5) years of experience working with clients to provide Information Technology (IT) consulting services.Must have at least three (3) years of experience developing business architecture with focus on the IT capability.Must have at least three (3) years of experience facilitating organizational change management.Must have at least two (2) years of experience performing organizational maturity assessments.Desirable Qualifications:Experience designing and implementing IT Operating Model solutions in a pension system or financial services organization.Experience designing and implementing IT Operating Model solutions in government agencies, i.e. Federal, State, or County.Experience designing and implementing internal support models for cloud applications/services.Experience managing IT projects using Agile methodologies and knowledge of Agile best practices.Experience managing IT projects using industry standards and best practices such as Project Management Institute (PMI) PMBOK.Experience working directly with executive(s) of a State and/or Federal agency in the USA. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
