• Need to focus on the implementation of content management tools.
• CMS = Content Management System; the tool we use at Gap Inc. is Amplience.
• Need candidate with this combination of Strategy + Execution.

Job Description:

Oversee activities focused on driving culture changes by helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements through building greater capability for change within their workforces and teams. Conduct organizational readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present a summary of findings prior to recommending a change plan to the project team and senior leaders. Understand and advise the leadership team on organizational development, change, or behavioral change issues that may need to be addressed for a successful roll-out.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Change Management: 6 Years
• Design/Create Training Material: 6+ Years
• Soft Skills Oral and Written Communication Skills: 6+ Years
• Technical Skills Documentation Skills: 6+ Years
