Driving employee engagement and awareness, the full-time remote Change Management Communications Manager will develop and execute integrated communication strategies to support workplace transformation initiatives and enhance the partnership between Block and JLL. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a change management and communications strategy aligned with workplace transformation goals Create engaging, brand-aligned content for a global employee audience across various channels Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate service changes and program launches effectively Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in internal communications, change management, or corporate communications Proven track record in executing change programs within a corporate real estate or workplace environment Strong writing and content development skills across multiple formats and audiences Experience with change management frameworks is strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Organizational Development, or a related field
