Overview
A law firm seeks a midlevel associate for its business litigation practice group in Wilmington, Delaware. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of experience litigating matters in the Court of Chancery, with a strong academic background and excellent writing and analytical skills. Delaware bar admission is required.
Duties
- Represent clients in sophisticated business litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and management.
- Participate in court proceedings and client meetings.
Requirements
- Two to four years of experience in Chancery litigation.
- Delaware bar admission.
- Superior academic background.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admission to the Delaware Bar.
