Responsibilities
- Maintain all maintenance practices of the golf course and practice facilities.
- Train new employees.
- Operate equipment while maintaining club standards and all Human Resource procedures.
- Has full authority for the Golf Course Maintenance Department in the absence of the Director of Golf Course Maintenance.
- Assure the standards of Member Services and playing conditions are met.
- Deal with administrative duties and supervise up to 44 employees to achieve goals and club standards.
- Assist on any golf course at any given time.
