Compensation
- Min Starting Salary: $395,000
- Max Starting Salary: $600,000
- Eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary
- Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary
