Senior Financial Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $52.00 to $62.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with the transformation team and corporate FP&A to support strategic initiatives.
• Build financial models and create EBITDA bridges to evaluate business performance.
• Analyze data, develop insights, and present findings through clear and compelling presentations.
• Track initiatives across multiple workstreams and assess financial impact and feasibility.
• Prepare business cases and provide recommendations to senior leadership for decision-making.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate strong FP&A experience with a focus on financial modeling and forecasting.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage large datasets and perform complex analyses.
• Communicate effectively and deliver polished presentations to senior management.
• Work collaboratively across departments and adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Show experience in CPG or retail industries is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach to problem-solving.
