Healthcare Compliance Auditor

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Healthcare Compliance Auditor to assist their team. Expected starting pay rate of $38.00 to $44.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform compliance audits and reviews to evaluate adherence to healthcare, pharmacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor operational processes and delegated service providers to identify compliance risks and track corrective actions.
• Analyze program performance data and prepare reports that support leadership decision making and oversight activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address regulatory matters, coverage issues, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support compliance reporting, documentation reviews, and special projects while maintaining audit readiness.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree in pharmacy or a related healthcare field.
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, pharmacy operations, or healthcare regulatory functions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and audit methodologies.
• Possess experience conducting reviews, analyzing findings, and documenting corrective action plans.
• Maintain the ability to travel when needed and work effectively in both office and remote environments.

• Communicate effectively with leadership, regulatory agencies, vendors, and cross functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills while managing multiple audits, projects, and reporting deadlines.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail when reviewing documentation, policies, and compliance records.
• Bring advanced pharmacy credentials, healthcare program experience, or exposure to delegated oversight and quality assurance activities considered beneficial.
