CGP: Full Charge Bookkeeper

Full Charge BookkeeperCentury Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. Expected starting pay rate of $30.00 to $33.00 per hour.Job Responsibilities:Manage the full bookkeeping cycle, including daily transactions, account maintenance, and month end close activities.Prepare financial statements and supporting reports to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Maintain the general ledger and perform regular reconciliations of bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts.Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including transaction review and issue resolution.Support audits by preparing schedules, maintaining documentation, and researching accounting discrepancies.Requirements:7+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in a professional business environment.Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and close processes.Advanced experience with QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Excel.Prior experience supporting organizations with complex accounting needs and multiple financial activities.Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.Qualifications:Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.Ability to analyze account activity, identify variances, and resolve discrepancies effectively.Team oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and follow established processes.Previous experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, or related business software.Accounting education, bookkeeping certification, or other related professional credentials.
